How do I earn Travel Credits?

Eligible membership benefits, participating reward activity and Roundup can help build Travel Credits over time.

Travel Credits can be added through eligible Shopr membership benefits and participating reward activity. The options available to you depend on your membership, the feature or offer and its current terms.

Ways Travel Credits can be added

  • Membership value: Eligible paid membership benefits can add Travel Credit value while the qualifying membership remains active.
  • Reward activity: Depending on your membership and the applicable offer, eligible activity may add Travel Credits alongside other value.
  • Roundup: When enabled and eligible, small amounts from everyday card purchases can help build Travel Credits over time.

Not every membership, offer or transaction adds Travel Credits. Review the feature or offer in the Shopr app before completing the activity.

Where to see your balance

Your available Travel Credit balance is shown in the Shopr app. Account-specific balances and activity are available only after you sign in.

If expected value is missing

Allow any timing shown in the applicable offer or feature. If the expected Travel Credits still do not appear, use in-app support or email [email protected].
