OUR COMMITMENT

Accessibility is ongoing work.

We aim to make Shopr content and core experiences easier to perceive, navigate, understand and use across different devices, browsers and assistive technologies.

OUR REFERENCE POINTOur accessibility work is informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. This statement does not claim that every page, feature or third-party experience currently conforms to a particular WCAG level.
WHAT WE WORK TOWARD

Clearer by design.

The following practices guide the design, content and maintenance of Shopr’s digital experiences.

01

Keyboard access

Supporting navigation and interactive controls without requiring a mouse or touch input.

02

Visible focus

Making the current keyboard position easier to identify as people move through a page.

03

Readable structure

Using meaningful headings, labels, page titles and logical content order.

04

Text alternatives

Providing useful alternative text for meaningful images and avoiding images of essential text where practical.

05

Contrast and scaling

Considering color contrast, text resizing, responsive layouts and content reflow.

06

Understandable interaction

Using clear instructions, descriptive links and useful error identification for important tasks.

SCOPE & LIMITATIONS

A connected experience has many parts.

Accessibility can vary across devices, software versions, partner systems and content that Shopr does not control.

Shopr website and app

We work to improve the content and features we design and maintain across Shopr’s digital experiences.

Third-party services

Offers, merchants, payment providers, travel suppliers and linked websites may provide experiences governed by their own accessibility practices.

Older or changing content

Some existing content or newly introduced features may require additional remediation as the service evolves.

No single setup represents everyone

Browsers, operating systems, screen readers, magnification tools, voice controls and individual needs differ. Feedback helps identify barriers that automated checks may miss.
