If you access Shopr Rewards through a partner (e.g., employer, membership organization):

- This may include usage and engagement data

4.3 Merchants and Fulfillment Providers

- This enables issuance of electronic gift card value

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Note:

- Updating your communication preferences within your account (where available)
- Contacting us directly
Withdrawal of consent does not affect communications sent prior to processing your request.

However, no system is completely secure.
We also implement safeguards designed to protect messaging systems against unauthorized access, misuse, automated abuse, fraudulent account creation, and unauthorized communications.

Inactive Accounts
- Retained for 24 months inactivity + 12 months grace period
Extended Retention
We may retain data longer if required for:

We may retain records relating to messaging consent, message delivery, opt-in history, opt-out requests, and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to:

We may use trusted third-party messaging providers, including Twilio Inc. or similar providers, to deliver SMS, MMS, RCS, voice, and other communications. These providers process personal information solely on our behalf and in accordance with applicable contractual, legal, and security obligations.
