HELP & HOW-TO

What is Roundup?

Learn how eligible card activity may round up to the next whole dollar and contribute Travel Credits.

Roundup is a Shopr feature that can turn the small difference between an eligible connected-card purchase and the next whole dollar into Travel Credits. Availability and terms depend on your Shopr experience.

How it works

When an eligible purchase is recognized, the difference between the purchase amount and the next whole dollar may be used to create Travel Credits. For example, a qualifying $8.40 purchase has a potential roundup difference of $0.60.

Before using Roundup

  1. Confirm that Roundup is available and enabled in your Shopr app.
  2. Connect an eligible payment card through the secure card connection area.
  3. Review the current Roundup terms and any applicable limits.
  4. Use the connected card for eligible activity.

Tracking activity

The app shows recognized Roundup activity and Travel Credits after required transaction information is received. Pending, reversed or returned purchases may change the final amount.

If activity is missing

Confirm that the feature was enabled and that you used the eligible connected card. Allow the stated processing time, then use in-app support if the activity still does not appear. Never send full card details.
