The value of an eligible monthly paid subscription is also added to the member's Travel Credit balance while that subscription remains active and in good standing.

Travel Credit multipliers may be available with higher paid subscription tiers. The multiplier attached to a membership is shown in the app before selection.
The app shows what applies.
Eligibility, timing, limits, promotional conditions and the Travel Credits actually posted to an account are determined by the current information in the app.
Travel Credit earning opportunities are subject to eligibility, applicable promotional terms and the member's current subscription tier. Credits are not earned where an activity is reversed, cancelled, refunded, ineligible or otherwise excluded under the applicable offer terms.

The Travel Credits available for a booking are based on the savings Shopr can make available compared with public rates. You will see the applicable amount before checkout, so the final choice remains yours.
Find an eligible booking.
Search the travel options available through the Shopr Rewards app and select an eligible booking.
Review the amount available.
The checkout journey will show how many Travel Credits can be applied to that booking based on the savings available compared with public rates.
Apply and save.
Each $1 in Travel Credits applied reduces the eligible booking price by $1. The applied amount is deducted from the Travel Credit balance.
Keep what remains.
Any unapplied balance remains available for future eligible bookings, subject to these terms and the continued availability of the account and membership.

When Travel Credits are applied to our already low prices, our Best Value Guarantee means the final price you pay will be lower than the lowest publicly available price offered by any other qualified seller.
The guarantee applies to comparable eligible bookings and is subject to the current qualification, comparison and booking requirements disclosed by Shopr before purchase. Availability and the amount of Travel Credits that can be applied vary by booking.
The details worth knowing.
Travel Credits are a promotional benefit within the Shopr Rewards ecosystem. They are designed for eligible travel bookings and are not money, stored cash or a cash-equivalent balance.
No cash value.
Travel Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, a refund, cash back, a gift card, account credit or any other form of payment or compensation.
Personal and non-transferable.
Travel Credits belong only to the eligible member account to which they were awarded. They cannot be sold, assigned, gifted, combined with another member's balance or transferred to another person or account.
Eligible bookings only.
Travel Credits can be applied only to eligible bookings offered through the Shopr Rewards travel experience. The amount that can be applied is determined separately for each booking and is displayed before checkout.
Unused balances are not compensable.
An unused Travel Credit balance does not entitle a member to cash, a refund, reimbursement or other compensation. Credits provide value only when validly applied to an eligible booking under the terms in effect at that time.
Keep the account and membership eligible.
Access to Travel Credits depends on maintaining an eligible Shopr Rewards account and, where the credits or benefits are tied to a paid tier, the applicable subscription. If an account or subscription expires, is cancelled, becomes delinquent or is terminated, remaining Travel Credits may:
- become temporarily or permanently inaccessible;
- expire or be forfeited;
- be removed or voided; or
- no longer be eligible for use.
Reversals, misuse and corrections.
Shopr may withhold, reverse, adjust or void Travel Credits associated with cancelled or refunded activity, an error, suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, ineligibility or a violation of applicable Shopr terms. A negative adjustment may reduce an existing balance.
Program details may change.
Earning opportunities, subscription benefits, multipliers, booking eligibility, application limits and other program features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Where required, notice will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the governing Shopr terms.

Use of Travel Credits is also subject to the Shopr Rewards Terms of Use, the terms shown for the applicable membership, offer or promotion, and the terms presented during the travel search and checkout process. If there is a conflict, the more specific term disclosed for the transaction or benefit applies to the extent permitted by law.
